Vitality won a three-map series against Natus Vincere to proceed to the BLAST Premier Spring Finals consolidation final, where they will face FaZe for a spot in the grand final.

Vitality started off their BLAST Premier Spring Finals run with a victory over G2, but then fell short in their second upper bracket match against FaZe. The French team will now have the chance to take revenge on Nikola "⁠NiKo⁠" Kovač and company as they will rematch in the consolidation final, which Vitality reached after defeating Natus Vincere in the lower bracket final.

Vitality kicked off Inferno with two clean rounds on the attacking side, and although they were unable to run away with it early on as Natus Vincere tied it up, the Frenchmen were able to get back on their feet once rifles were in play, regaining the lead as rounds went back-and-forth. Despite only leading 5-4, Vitality planted seven times, keeping a solid economy as their rivals struggled, eventually taking a 10-5 lead into the half.

Natus Vincere entered the B site with a 3vs5 advantage in the second pistol round to stay alive in the map. Having won the two following rounds, the CIS side hit the B site again in the first full buy round, once again winning it to bring it to within one, 9-10. NAVI then took the lead as Vitality struggled to stop the attackers, and things went from bad to worse as the Terrorists dictated the pace, hitting match point uncontested before closing the first map out 16-10.

Overpass kicked off with NAVI winning several 1vs1 battles on the attack, but Dan "⁠apEX⁠" Madesclaire won a 1vs2 clutch to get Vitality ahead. The Frenchmen proceeded to hit 4-0 before Natus Vincere could retaliate, and although the Terrorists were able to sprinkle some rounds early on, it was an apEX fueled Vitality who went to the half with a massive 12-3 lead as the team captain downed 17 enemies.

Oleksandr "⁠s1mple⁠" Kostyliev with a triple and Denis "⁠electroNic⁠" Sharipov with a double kept their team alive as they picked up the two following rounds to bring their total count up to six. That would be it, though, a Vitality retaliated with rifles in play as they dominated the attacking side, 16-6, to win their rivals’ map pick and push the series into a decider.

Vitality were first out of the gate on the defending side on Nuke, taking a 3-0 lead after the first gun round. The fifth round ended up in a 3vs3 battle to take control of the B site as apEX and Ilya "⁠Perfecto⁠" Zalutskiy had double kills, but it was the French team who came out on top to continue dominating early on.

NAVI then lost a 4vs2 round as Richard "⁠shox⁠" Papillon killed the bomb planter as the timer ran out. From there on out the CIS team started to crumble, putting forth a very weak Terrorist side that Vitality had no problem countering. It wasn’t until they were down 0-11 that NAVI were able to get a round on the board, ending the half down 3-12.

Natus Vincere quickly found themselves back in the game after winning the second pistol round as they were able to stop Vitality’s buck five times in a row to make it 8-12. Egor "⁠flamie⁠" Vasilyev then had three crucial kills to defend the B site and make it 9-13 after losing a round, but Cédric "⁠RpK⁠" Guipouy then won a 1vs1 against Perfecto the following to get his team within one of match point. The Frenchmen then hit match point before going on to close out the map 16-11 to secure a spot in the BLAST Premier Spring Finals consolidation final.
